Artificial Intelligence @ Computer Science - Archive

The main topic of our scientific interest is Autonomous Agents and the interaction with those, as one could argue that genuine collaboration (based on smooth interaction) lies beyond autonomy. Our research spans from the theoretical models of intelligent systems, coming both from the field of AI but also from cognitive science and anticipatory systems theory, through knowledge representation, planning and learning, to implementation strategies (behaviour specification, software architectures and environments, but also hardware realizations like, e.g., robots) and aspects of interaction and collaboration (both technical and psychological).

Our research area has over the years been subject to some reorganisation and information about several of our more recent activities, including project involvement, might be better found through the individual websites of the researchers engaged in these activities, although we are right now (spring 2018) trying to get this site on track again.

Just contact us if you feel that there should be more information, but you cannot find it!
